At its April board meeting, the Ohio Air Quality Development Authority (OAQDA) approved up to $3.45 million in financing to support multiple projects across Ohio that will help businesses improve air quality and retain and create jobs. Construction is underway at the Jones Heel factory in the Brewery District. Gahanna-based developer Stonehenge is redeveloping the former manufacturing complex - located on a nearly 1-acre property at 841 S. Front St. - into more than 100 apartments across two phases.
