Little Turtle Community

The Little Turtle Community is the flagship of the Stonehenge Multi-Use projects. Spanning over 200 acres, The Golf Club at Little Turtle, Highpointe Condominiums, and Magnolia Lakes Apartments are both some of our most mature and newest projects to date. Slated for completion in the second half of 2020, the Little Turtle Community project began in 2015 with the Pete Dye designed golf course redesign by Hurdzan Golf. Over the years GCLT has received further updates to both the course and clubhouse elevating and refreshing the the project.

The newest additions to the GCLT are the construction of a dedicated fitness building and member swimming pool, adding further to what the clubhouse has to offer. Event and meeting spaces were recently expanded and updated in 2018, an indoor golf simulator is available, and the club also offers a full service bar, restaurant, and Golf Pro Shop.

Beginning in 2018, the construction of the Highpointe Condominiums and Magnolia Lakes apartments began the outward expansion of the Little Turtle Community Project. When completed, Highpointe will be home to nine buildings consisting of 172 units, and Magnolia Lakes will encompass twelve apartment buildings, adding an additional 204 one and two bedroom units to the Little Turtle Community, and a resident clubhouse. The entirety of both communities will be intertwined amongst the rolling greens and lush greenery of the Little Turtle Golf Course.
